SUP is the recruitment arm of The Graduate School’s Diversity and Student Success program with the goal of building upon the DSS mission to diversify Carolina’s graduate population. SUP works directly with the various summer undergraduate research programs at Carolina as a way of creating connections and providing tools necessary for the transition into a graduate career
